Warsha (arabic for workshop) is a Bahrain based social enterprise that aims at developing youth and women of the MENA region through development activities, research and consultancy.

Our Methodology
Warsha applies different methodologies of empowerment with organizations interested in advancing their women and youth staff or women and youth in the community, creating a gender sensitive environment and supporting their talent development through customized exploration, expression and women-centric development programs as well as gender research.
How we work with you
Community
Warsha’s programs and services are designed to support local communities, NGOs and governmental entities in their social initiatives that focuses on women and youth. Our engagement is through exploration and expression programs that are customized to support those initiatives.
Corporate
Warsha works with the private sector through research and consultancy services and programs designed for empowerment and advancement of women in the workplace as well as youth development and inclusion, which are customized to match the strategic needs of the organization’s growth.
